Fritz emigrated to Canada in 1911 to work at Electro Metals in Welland, Ontario. The company was founded in 1906 by a French metallurgist, Emile Darte, a French Engineer, Robert Turnbull and John Young. The company manufactured ferrosilicon. I’m not sure there are any pictures of Darte but we do have one with Turnbull and Young.
